- ABS - is a common plastic material that is economical and meets the needs of general environments. ABS has toughness and durability, and can be used for switch housings like light switch covers, light switch plate and wall switch etc.
- Polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride are widely used due to their chemical corrosion resistance and high cost-effectiveness. It mainly produces light switches, 3 way light switch, light switch cover.
3. Design the mould
According to the determined light switch, wall switch, plug in wall lamp and lamp socket drawing or samples, the customer required production capacity then to calculate how many cavities need to be designed.
