Haichen XD-120U90H dehumidification, drying and feeding machine is a high-efficiency equipment integrating dehumidification, drying and feeding functions. It is specially designed for the injection molding industry to improve production efficiency and optimize the raw material handling process.
• XD dehumidifying,drying and feeding unot equipped honeycomb dehumidifer.
• Used for high hygroscopic engineering plastic and rubber such as PA,PC,PBT,PET.etc,H4and H5 types of can be selected according customer's demand.
• Integrates dehumidifying,drying and two-step feeding function,the three-step feeding is available.
• The moistureproof drying material tube adopt bottom blowing design with circling air exhausting device,precent heat energy emitting,keep temperature,improve drying effiency.
• Airtight loop feeding system,precent the dried raw material to be re-moisture by contact external air.
• With built-in restrictive valve,guarantee no remained material in pipe.
• Use two cooler in dehumidifying system,guarantee low temperature on air and dew-point.
