1. Mold design and manufacturing:

Design phase: first you need to design the mold of the chair. A mold usually consists of two parts: the core and the cavity. These two parts need to be accurately machined to ensure an exact match with the chair design. The design of the mold needs to consider factors such as size, shape, and material thickness.

2. Material Preparation:

Plastic granules: use automatic suction machine to convey the plastic granules to the hopper, then melt and mix well through the screw barrel.
Material Selection: Select the appropriate plastic material, such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), etc., according to the design requirements of the chair.

3. Injection molding process:

Heating and Injection: Plastic pellets are heated to a molten state, and then the molten plastic is injected into the mold cavity through an injection molding machine. The injection molding machine is the key equipment for injection molding, capable of providing high pressure and high temperature environment.
Cooling & Curing: The plastic is cooled and cured in the mold to form the shape of the chair.
Demolding: The cooled plastic chair is removed from the mold.
