The primary material used for making plastic buckets is polypropylene (PP) or high-density polyethylene (HDPE), both of which are thermoplastic resins. These materials are often provided in the form of small plastic pellets or granules. Many buckets are made out of high-density polyethylene. HDPE is a durable, non-reactive thermoplastic that resists impact and inhospitable climates during transit or storage.
We calculate and design bucket moulds according to what you want in the bucket details. The bucket mould consists of two halves, the "cavity" and the "core", which form a bucket shape when closed together.
