A cold chamber die casting machine is a type of die casting equipment specifically designed for casting metals with high melting points, such as aluminum, brass, and copper alloys.

Working Principle of Cold Chamber Die Casting

1. Melting:
   The metal is melted in a separate furnace (not integrated into the machine).

2. Ladling:

   Molten metal is manually or automatically ladled into the cold chamber (a cylindrical sleeve).

3. Injection:

   A hydraulically powered plunger forces the molten metal into the die cavity at high pressure.

4. Cooling and Ejection:

   The metal solidifies in the die, and the part is ejected after the die opens.
