Molten metal conveying:
As a conveying channel for molten metal, the molten metal in the press chamber is injected into the mold cavity through high pressure.
Sealing & Pressure Control:
During the injection process, the feed port is closed by the movement of the plunger to form a closed cavity to establish a high-pressure environment and ensure that the molten metal fills the mold quickly and evenly.
Temperature maintenance:
Maintain the fluidity of the molten metal by means of a heating device (such as a heating rod or heating cake) to avoid solidification and clogging.
