Mould installation and maintenance: When installing the mould, it is necessary to ensure that the mould and the machine are closely matched to avoid product quality problems caused by loose mould.
Product quality control: Ensure that the quality of plastic raw materials is reliable, free of impurities, and accurately weighed according to the specified feeding amount of the injection molding machine.
Maintenance after shutdown: Regularly remove dust, dirt, and residue from the inside and outside of the injection molding machine to keep the equipment clean and dry.
