The working principle of the injection molding machine can be simply summarized as the following steps:
Quantitative feeding: The plastic particles are fed into the barrel of the injection molding machine through the hopper.

Melt plasticization:
Under the thrust of a screw or plunger, the plastic is heated and sheared in the barrel, gradually melting, plasticizing and homogenizing to form a viscous flow state of molten plastic.
Pressure injection:
The screw or plunger pushes the molten plastic onto the piston pusher rod of the injection cylinder, and the molten plastic is injected into the mold cavity at high speed and high pressure through high pressure.
Holding cooling:
After the injection is completed, the mold is closed and the molten plastic is cooled and solidified in the mold cavity to form the desired shape.
