Material types

The commonly used material types for plastic handles include the following:

Polypropylene (PP) : It has excellent heat resistance, toughness and stress crack resistance, and is one of the more common materials in plastic handles].

Polyethylene (PE) : Soft and elastic, with a relatively low cost, but its heat resistance and mechanical strength are relatively low.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) : It has high transparency and strong plasticity, but its environmental performance is relatively poor.

ABS: It features excellent processing performance, impact resistance and surface gloss, and is widely used in various plastic handles.

Thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) : It combines the advantages of both rubber and plastic, featuring excellent elasticity and wear resistance.

Nylon (PA) : It has good mechanical strength and wear resistance, and is suitable for application scenarios that require high strength.
