How a Hot Chamber Die Casting Machine Works
Melting: Metal is melted in an integrated furnace.
Injection: A gooseneck (or "hot chamber") submerged in molten metal forces it into the die under high pressure (1,500-4,500 psi).
Cooling & Ejection: The metal solidifies, and the die opens to eject the part.
Repeat: The process is highly efficient for rapid production.
