Workflow Feeding and melting:
The plastic particles are heated to a molten state in the barrel, and the screw rotates to push the material to mix.
Injection and pressure holding:
The melt is injected into the mold at high pressure (up to 200MPa) to prevent shrinkage and deformation.
Cooling and demoulding:
The cooling time accounts for 70% of the production cycle, and the product is formed after demoulding.
