Material Preparation:
Plastic granules are fed into the hopper.
Additives (e.g., colorants or UV stabilizers) may be mixed in.
Melting and Injection:
The screw rotates, pushing the plastic granules through the heated barrel, where they melt.
The molten plastic is injected into the mold cavity under high pressure.
Cooling:
The plastic cools and solidifies inside the mold, taking the shape of the basin.
Mold Opening and Ejection:
The mold opens, and the finished basin is ejected using ejector pins or air blasts.
Trimming and Finishing:
Excess material (flash) is trimmed, and the basin may undergo additional finishing processes.

Unlike ordinary engines, the flow rate and speed of the oil pump in a servo engine can be adjusted according to the requirements, effectively reducing energy consumption.
In contrast, ordinary injection molding machines run continuously, even when the machine is not in motion, leading to constant motor rotation.
A servo injection molding machine, on the other hand, utilizes power only when necessary for different actions. Consequently, when the machine is not moving, the servo motor completely stops, resulting in energy savings.
